Insulated blocks can be produced with the main production machines that have styrofoam pushing table.The styrofoams should be disposed manually on the styrofoam table and they can be pushed  to bottom mould by pushing mechanism with hydraulic unit from the control panel manually ,thus it is ensured that the lower mould can get the styrofoams. PLC automation can not be used in the production of insulated blocks since the production must be supported semi-automatically and manually and the production capacity of insulated blocks will be less than normal block productions.

Since CPB-42,CB-42,CPB-36,CB-18 and CB-12 model machines are controlled by PLC automation system, insulated block production will be more suitable for other machines that can be controlled manually and semi-automatically.
