The top row block turning system is a specialized automation solution that protects products before dispatch in pumice block production stacked with or without Euro pallets.

This system was developed to eliminate the risk of breakage or cracking on the edges of products in the top row during strapping. It controllably turns products in the top row of the stack upside down and replaces them in the top position, allowing strapping to be carried out safely.

This method prevents damage that could occur due to pressure from straps on the filled, durable bottom surface of the product. Product dispatch quality is maintained and waste is minimized.
