Stacking and Transfer Systems
Stacking and transfer systems are integrated automation solutions that ensure orderly stacking of green products on concrete block production lines, transfer to the curing process and movement of cured products to the stockyard ready for dispatch.
These systems begin with the controlled collection and stacking of green products from the concrete block machine. After curing is complete, products are transferred to the stock area stacked on dispatch pallets or, optionally, without pallets through automatic collection mechanisms.
This structure keeps production running without interruption while reducing labor requirements and significantly increasing overall plant efficiency.
Systems are offered in different configurations based on investors' production goals, plant layout and operational expectations.
