The overhead line mortar preparation system is an integrated transport and mixing solution that ensures dry aggregate is processed in a controlled manner into homogeneous mortar and transferred continuously to production machines.
Materials from aggregate bunkers are mixed according to recipe in high-efficiency mixers; ready mortar is transferred to buckets on the rail transport system.
It can be used for block and brick production as well as offering flexible infrastructure for ready-mix concrete production. Simultaneous operation with paver/brick lines is not possible in ready-mix mode.
It brings flexibility and high-capacity advantages to the production plant.
