Leg-Supported and Pipe-Leg Pallet Systems
Systems that enable wet and dry product transfer with leg-supported pallet infrastructure.
Leg-supported pallet systems are designed as an economical and flexible solution that allows the curing process to be carried out in concrete block production plants without requiring a rack system. Leg-supported pallets made of steel, composite, plastic or wood are used in these systems.
Pallet legs can be designed in different structures as table-type or pipe-type. Pipe-leg pallets can be used together with a pallet turning system, allowing both surfaces of products to be used in production and significantly extending pallet service life.
Pallet leg height varies between 100 mm and 320 mm depending on the dimensions of the product to be manufactured. This flexible structure offers production capability suited to different product types.
The system works on the principle of stacking leg-supported pallets on top of each other to carry out curing. This eliminates the need for expensive, custom-built rack systems in curing chambers and significantly reduces investment costs.
Stacked pallets that have completed curing can be transported easily and safely with a forklift to any area required within the plant.
To ensure uninterrupted production flow, a system infrastructure with at least 1,200 pallet capacity is recommended for an 8-hour shift schedule.
The production line is engineered on a project basis according to each plant's specific needs. Product transfer systems are optimized per project taking into account operating conditions, environmental factors and customer requirements.
Depending on plant layout, the production line can be positioned in a straight sequential arrangement or a U-shaped loop layout. This flexibility allows adaptation to different factory areas.
Workplace safety is prioritized in all system components; necessary safety barriers and emergency switches are integrated into equipment. Safety gates are provided at points requiring access for operation and maintenance, creating a safe and controlled working environment.
