Finger Car systems are an advanced pallet transfer solution that automatically transports green products between the production line and the curing area on concrete block production lines. The system operates in fully automatic mode and makes the production process manageable with minimum operator intervention.

The entire production flow is monitored and controlled by a single operator through an LCD touchscreen control panel. The automation system has a user-friendly interface and supports multiple languages, providing easy operation for international businesses.

The production line design requires the use of rack curing chambers. Depending on the operating schedule, steam curing can be chosen optionally in single-shift production systems, while it becomes mandatory in double-shift plants with high production intensity.

The Finger Car system is a central transport mechanism that moves production pallets with green products to curing chambers and transfers pallets back to the collection station after curing is complete.

The system consists of electric carriers moving on rails positioned perpendicular to the concrete block production line. These carriers grip, lift and place pallets precisely in curing chambers using steel forks. They enter each curing chamber, transfer pallets regularly to rack systems and enable controlled curing.

Finger Car systems work in integration with elevator and lowerator systems to make production flow more efficient. This structure enables legless pallet use, significantly reducing pallet costs.

When used together with automatic horizontal and vertical strapping systems or stretch-wrapping solutions, the production process reaches a high level of automation. This creates a highly efficient production line that requires almost no human intervention.
