CPB-36 is an advanced concrete paver, block and pumice stone production machine in our product range, developed by the Conpromac engineering team for high-capacity production plants.
Designed with modern production technologies, CPB-36 adapts fully to different production needs and offers broad flexibility for manufacturing concrete pavers, bricks, kerbs, pumice stone blocks, wall blocks, channel blocks and other concrete building elements. The system is designed to produce products with heights ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm.
Depending on the product transfer infrastructure preferred in production plants, it can be integrated with leg-supported pallet systems, rack curing systems or finger car transfer systems.
The CPB-36 production line standard configuration includes the main press unit, pallet transport systems, green product transfer systems, dry product transfer systems and a fully automatic industrial automation infrastructure that centrally manages the entire production process.
The production line operates through two main processes. In the first stage, green products from the press are directed via automatic transfer systems to the stacking unit for curing. In the second stage, products that have completed curing are prepared for packaging and dispatch through the dry product transfer line.
CPB-36 operates on a fully automatic principle and is managed by advanced PLC-based industrial control systems. All operations in the plant are synchronized through central automation infrastructure, maintaining the same quality standard on every cycle and the same production performance on every shift.
The operator-friendly automation software can be adapted to different language options; through the touchscreen central control panel, the entire system from aggregate feeding to product packaging can be managed easily by a single operator.

Thanks to a dedicated feeding and material distribution system, aggregate is distributed evenly and homogeneously across the mold surface. This system maintains the same weight tolerance on every cycle, producing products with higher surface quality and improved strength.

CPB-36 is equipped with a quick mold change system to switch between different products with minimal downtime. With the mold change cart, a single operator can complete a mold change safely and easily in a short time.
Remote Access and Technical Intervention System
Optional remote connectivity allows access to the automation system over the internet. System performance can be monitored, technical analysis performed, faults diagnosed and required software updates applied remotely.
Smart Production Reporting System
The system records daily, weekly, monthly and annual production data in detail. Hourly output rates, shift performance, downtime and total cycle data can be monitored in real time by operators.
Touchscreen Central Control Panel
All machine movements can be controlled easily in manual or automatic mode from an ergonomically designed industrial touchscreen control panel.
