Stacking and Transfer Systems

The collection robot system is a fully automatic product transfer and stacking solution that removes cured concrete products from production pallets and prepares them for dispatch.

Thanks to its robust mechanical design with a hydraulic portal (gantry) structure, the system precisely lifts cured products from the production pallet and transfers them to dispatch pallets or directly onto conveyor systems.

The four-way hydraulic gripping mechanism on the robot is designed to work with different product types and geometries. This flexible structure allows pavers, bricks, kerbs, blocks and similar concrete products to be gripped and transferred safely.

With its advanced motion system, the collection robot can rotate products by 90°, 180° or 270° during stacking and place them in the desired arrangement for dispatch or packaging.

This automation structure speeds up product collection, significantly reduces manual labor requirements, increases packaging efficiency and helps keep the production line running without interruption.
