Single-Hopper Block/Pumice Stone Machines

CB-18 is one of the leading production solutions among single-hopper concrete block and pumice block machines, developed by Conpromac for high efficiency, long service life and serial production capacity.

The CB-18 model is a compact yet high-performance production system developed especially for plants producing high volumes of pumice blocks and concrete blocks. The machine has a production capacity of 18 x 20 cm blocks per cycle and delivers high operational efficiency in serial production processes. The system is designed to produce products with heights ranging from 170 mm to 220 mm.

Thanks to fully automatic PLC-controlled operation, the production process can be managed with minimum operator intervention and high precision.

Capable of reaching an average production capacity of 180 pallets per hour, CB-18 offers a robust and sustainable production solution for plants that require a high production tempo.

With the quick mold change system, operators can complete a mold change in 5 to 7 minutes and continue production with minimal downtime.
