Single-Hopper Block/Pumice Stone Machines

CB-12 is a robust single-hopper production solution developed by Conpromac for high efficiency, long service life and serial production capacity.

The CB-12 model has a production capacity of 12 x 20 cm blocks per cycle. The machine includes a separating/grouping system in the plant section that completes 12 blocks produced on a pallet to 18 for dispatch preparation. The system is designed to produce products with heights ranging from 170 mm to 220 mm.

Thanks to fully automatic PLC-controlled operation, the production process can be managed with minimum operator intervention.

Capable of reaching an average production capacity of 180 pallets per hour, CB-12 offers an efficient investment solution with quick mold change and a strong mechanical structure.
