CB-10 is an efficient, economical production solution developed for businesses that want to optimize investment costs and need medium-scale production capacity.
The machine has a production capacity of 10 x 20 cm blocks per cycle. The production line includes a block collection and grouping system that completes 10 blocks to 15 for dispatch. The system is designed to produce products with heights ranging from 170 mm to 220 mm.
Fully automatic PLC or semi-automatic operating options are available. It can reach a production capacity of 150-180 pallets per hour.
A quick mold change system is offered optionally according to customer preference.
